To ensure the continual improvement of the Festival we rely on the support and encouragement of Society Members to help with year-round planning and fund-raising.

During the year, or at the AGM, Members can volunteer to help in many ways.  We particularly need help with the following: -
 

o        Stewarding at events and art exhibitions

o        Distribution of Festival literature

o        Front of house

o        Putting out Festival signage

o        Proof-reading Festival literature

o        Writing publicity handouts

o        Running social events to raise funds

o        Giving lifts to less mobile Members

o        Collecting artists from trains

o        Obtaining raffle prizes

o        Assisting with catering

o        Helping with Festival Church Service

o        Organising outings

o        Selling programmes and raffle tickets ....... and much more!

or you may have a particular expertise or contacts that could help make the Festival even better.
